Great experience while purchasing new bike this week. Kurt in sales and Megan in F/I were both very professional and quite expedient during the entire process. From initial phone call on Tuesday afternoon, to having the bike delivered to my house (150 miles away) first thing Thursday morning - all good. We purchased a Kawasaki Teryx 4 three years ago . We absolutely LOVE IT - best purchase we've ever made! Today while driving up north with 'Mable' (my wife named her) in tow for a long Memorial Day weekend, I realized that I forgot the keys at home. Came in to bright powersports met a young gentleman name John very nice sales man. explained to him that I have went to other powersport dealers and to no avail was I able to get financed for a burgman 650 exec. he said that would not be a problem. next day received a call from john tellimg me I was approved when was I coming to sign the papers to my new bike. I was the happiest man on earth when I heard the news. thanks to John and the people at bright powersports my next summer will be very BRIGHT..!!!!!!!
Needed a new tire so I called and talked to John in service and he answered all of my question and 'Dan the man' the mechanic hooked me up and answered more of my questions about keeping up on my bike so i was safe. You have such a great service team and they deserve the praise. You will forever have my business!

Chase and Dan are who you need to deal with up there i am very satisfied with the service they provided me helped me out with a couple hang ups we had on the purchase of my 2015 rzr 900. Got me financed no problem chase went beyond what was expected to help me out and you hear from them the whole time keeping you up to date i drove 4 hours to come there and would do it again any day to make a purchase.Although when i first arrived the guys behind the parts counter were pretty rude to me and my wife when we asked if they had a bathroom. wasn't expecting that. But sales does an outstanding job and i am very pleased with the sales dept.
Bright will not only get you financed where others won't, but you will get a better deal! I called and spoke with Carl, explained my situation and asked him if he could work with me! I have short credit and could not get financed by any other Dealership here in Ohio! In fact they killed my credit with a bunch of credit pulls! Carl pulled my credit one time, and I get a call that I was approved! Bright does what they say the will do, and then some! I found that the whole process was exactly as promised! I feared that there would be a monkey wrench somewhere and I am happy to say, That Bright motor sports and most especially Carl will always be my first call for my motorsports needs, well worth the 3 hour drive! Do yourself a favor and start at Bright!
I travel an hour to do business with these guys. Eric is absolutely one of nicest people i have ever met. He works hard for the customer and doesnt give up until your happy. This was my second purchase in less than a year and just hope that they are still around for my next purchase. as my wife hopes that is a long time from now. lol. Keep up the great service.

I looked for months for the best deal on a Stratoliner Deluxe. Bright Powersports had the best price over any other place in Michigan. I live 180 miles from Bright Powersports so everything was done by phone before even going there. The sales personel had everything ready for me when I got there. I was very pleased with my first time buying experience from Bright Power Sports. Jack, my sales person, was very helpful and informative regarding my purchase of 2 motorcycles (a '08 Can Am Spyder and a '09 Yamaha Scooter). I would certainly recommend your business to friends and family.
The passing lights on my 2000 Royal Star/Tour Deluxe looked yellow compared to the headlight. Jeremy, Bright's Parts Manager, hooked me up with a pair of Yamaha Star Halogen replacements lamps (Part # STR-4N-K35-10-01 in case you want to do the same) and now they're much brighter, same color as the headlight and look great at night! When I mentioned I wanted 'more front stopping power' (these are heavy bikes) and wanted to price out some better brakes, Jeremy recommended that before I change out brakes, which is expensive, I should try adding Yamaha's steel-braded brake line. He assured me I'd feel a huge difference. He got Jeff, the Service Mgr., in on the discussion and I bought their solution. 'Wow!' what a difference! Much easier to stop. (This fix also saved me some serious $'s) Lastly, John, Service Tech, while installing the lights found 'and fixed' an electrical short that two other dealers could not! These guys really know what their doing! I highly recommend them for Service.
